NeuroRestorative New Jersey has over 15 years of experience in administering community-based rehabilitation programs for individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injury.  The NeuroRestorative New Jersey program was developed to help people recovering from brain injuries access the power of healing that lies in the community. 

Our comprehensive programs provide a continuum of care that bridges the gap between rehabilitation and regained independence. Recovery from a brain injury is a unique journey that cannot be made alone.  These injuries often result in a tragic interruption to the course of an individuals' life.  At NeuroRestorative New Jersey we take a team approach to chart a new course for each individual we serve, as recovery is a lifelong process.  Our goal is to provide the necessary support to maximize each individual's abilities, support their areas requiring improvement, and implement compensatory strategies for ongoing challenges using functional rehabilitation techniques.

OUTCOME DRIVEN - COMMUNITY BASED NEUROREHABILITATION PROGRAMS

We use an outcome-focused approach for all of our functional NeuroRehabilitation services and support to help individuals regain their independence and productive lifestyle.  At NeuroRestorative New Jersey, we integrate therapies into daily activities in community settings, such as home, school, day programs and the workplace.  We believe rehabilitation is a dynamic process and the services we provide are continuously monitored and adjusted as individuals move through their own stages of recovery.

We offer a broad range of Residential, Outpatient/In-Home and Structured Day-Treatment services throughout New Jersey.  A multidisciplinary team of NeuroRehabilitation professionals, with the participation of the individual and their family, develops a unique Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP).  This plan includes specific goals, interventions, treatments, supports and anticipated outcomes. Whether services are delivered in people's homes or in one of our residential treatment settings, our services and supports improve the functional skills required for successful community integration.
